I am a People Analytics–focused professional with a background in operations and human resources, experienced in building structured, data-informed approaches to workforce coordination, employee processes, and organizational workflow.

My interest in People Analytics developed through hands-on operational experience, where I observed how many workforce decisions relied heavily on manual coordination, fragmented information, and inconsistent processes. Across areas such as onboarding, scheduling, workforce communication, and employee lifecycle management, I became increasingly interested in how better systems, reporting structures, and workforce visibility could improve both operational efficiency and employee experience.

This led me to focus on People Analytics, workforce operations, and HR systems with a strong interest in:
